Our priority is to keep AI assessment separate from the authoritative documents behind it and to preserve a clear source hierarchy — job evidence first, then supplied technical documents, manufacturer information, company rules and general technical knowledge. Document-backed findings are designed to stay traceable to their source, while AI judgement is identified as assessment rather than presented as an authoritative citation.

The longer-term direction is to make the same structured job, asset and evidence data usable through increasingly hands-free interfaces. The goal is that a technician can eventually identify an asset, diagnose faults, retrieve history and manuals, capture evidence and complete the service record through voice and wearable interfaces without rebuilding the underlying platform.
